The lack of an elevator is a major drawback. I struggled to carry my suitcase up to the 4th floor, so those planning to stay with large luggage should think twice. The ventilation in the rooms could be better, and more attention should be paid to bathroom cleanliness. Other than that, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The hostel is great and had everything I needed, including reliable Wi-Fi, toiletries, and complimentary breakfast and coffee. Getting around was very easy, even for a first-time visitor like me in Singapore. Two train stations are within walking distance, and there’s also a bus stop just across the street. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. Thank you!

I had a great stay at this hostel. The location is very convenient, and thanks to Singapore’s excellent public transportation, it’s easy to reach anywhere in the city.
The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There is also a nice common area on the ground floor where you can enjoy a coffee, work, or simply relax and chat. It's a great spot for digital nomads.
Overall, everything was smooth and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.

My stay at Dream Lodge was very pleasant. The location is excellent, close to two MRT stations that provide direct access to many parts of Singapore, which is perfect for sightseeing. There’s also a mall and a park nearby, along with plenty of food options. I appreciated being able to store my baggage at no extra cost. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money in SG. Clean bed with reasonable privacy. Good showers and toilets. Very quiet, guests are even silent in the open spaces. Breakfast is available at no extra cost, but dont expect a full hotel-breakfast. Lots of public transport in the facinity

    everything was better than I first expected .friendly staffs n clean rooms n hot shower n clean toilets.I feel like they are focusing on cleanliness of all areas.
    breakfast was prepared.....basic...still many enjoyed .I didn't eat at all. the only issue to me was that I didn't like girls around in man's room. other than that...overall ok..

    I really enjoyed my stay! I loved the free breakfast and the comfortable working area downstairs. The location is very walkable — close to the MRT and Mustafa Center, which is perfect if you plan to buy gifts.
    Rosie and the rest of the team were very proactive and approachable. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a short stay near the MRT and food spots!

    The bed is good and the wifi is fast. Did my 4 days WFH here and I didn’t get any problems at all. The only issue that I experience is they clean the area and vacuum after lunch so it’s hard to sleep that time especially if you have a jetlag. The solution that I came up to is to put my noise cancelling headset and I was able to sleep again before exploring singapore in the afternoon

    Good for students and people needing a place to stay for a short period. Also for those that don’t mind sharing spaces and facilities. Lastly it’s within walking distance from major bus drop off points from outside Singapore

    Nice little pods. Podlike bed was clean but shared places were not so much and smelled, (stairway particularly and bathrooms). People were generally nice and social but the free breakfast is just bread/toast and cereal.
    I recommend walking around and getting Indian food or classic kaya toast set with kopi.
    NO ELEVATORS. So luggage is left in storage and personal items for use had to be carried up 4 floors.
    Location was good (near Little India with good food). I’m not really a hostel style person so take with grain of salt.

    perfect place to stay for tourists back packing or for anyone looking for a cheap yet clean place to stay. The lodge is located in a nice area with a lot of places to eat and shop. The only downside is that it is kinda far from the airport but it's really accessible to public transports.

    The place is across a bus stop that takes you within 30mins from many of Singapore’s tourist spots. The two train stations — Farer Park (purple line) and Lavender (green line) — are about 10mins walk. I’d say it’s more convenient to walk towards/from Farer Park since you will mostly be underground and inside City Square Mall. Walking towards Lavender means passng through/across many main roads and under hot/rainy weather.
    The bunk bedis good and durable. Quite spacious, and cold enough for the heat.

    This was a great, solid stay for a short trip in Singapore. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The hostel is located in a pretty decent location (30ish minutes by public transport to Marina Bay Sands area and Chinatown, 10-15ish minutes from Little India, 30ish minutes by Grab to the airport). The room has quite a few beds in the one room, but it wasn’t noisy and people were respectful or kept to themselves. The offered breakfast is more of a self-service cereal/fruits-type breakfast, but the kitchen was solid if you did want to cook something.

    Great location. Walking distance from MRT stations and bus stops. Many great restaurants around the area. It is affordable considering how expensive SG is. Host provided clear instructions for self check in and check out. Host is also very responsive. Note though that there is no elevator.
    Tip: If you are a light sleeper, if it's possible, ask for the bed away from the bathroom door. Since the bathroom is shared, it can be used any time of the day which may interrupt your sleep.

    This is a shockingly affordable and comfortable option in an otherwise unaffordable city. The women's floor when I stayed there was quiet as a monastery. Everyone was polite and abided by the rules. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Breakfast was just adequate. My only complaints are that the bathroom has a door that is always open toward a building opposite where people can see in. The stalls and showers are enclosed, but it would be better to have privacy at the sinks also. And the ladders up to the top bunk are steep and a bit treacherous. Also, breakfast isn't served until 8am although some people are up before then. I would definitely stay there again because it's comfortable and the value is very high.

    I had a nice stay. A bit far from the HBD districts, but very near to hawkers who are foodies and wanted to try both Perankan and Halal cuisines. The upper bunk is too high for a small girl like me (five feet tall), but the space is adequate where you can squeeze in your gadgets, spare clothes and your snooze space.

    For a hostel this is a very good option for what you pay for.
    They have a convenient check in process and a storage room.
    The rooms are big enough for the number of beds.
    Showers were fine.
    All was good for a 1-2 night stay.
    However, The breakfast was a joke and the man helping out was extremely rude. He clearly hates his job.

    a fantastic place for a short layover. everything was well described by the host. I did not face even a single problem while check in even though my check in time was after 6 PM. But the place is really budget friendly too. close to marina bay. close to airport by Taxi. I am definitely gonna revisit this place for sure...

    Very flexible check-in after taking a redeye flight. Even though I had to wait a couple hours, staff offered luggage storage, shower access and a towel right away. Free breakfast is greatly appreciated as Singapore is pretty expensive as well. A bit of an awkward walk from the station especially if you have lots of luggage, but overall recommend for anyone travelling on a budget.

    The lodge is easy to find if you’re coming into Singapore from the airport. Easy walk to the subway. Great a/c in the dorms with fans too! Nice having a complimentary breakfast. Excellent Hawker market 300m away with best Nasi Goreng I’ve ever eaten. I will stay here again on my way back home to Australia.

    Dream Lodge was absolutely fantastic! Very quiet and peaceful and a clean and beautiful area! Rose was particularly incredible and gave so many recommendations, and shared great things to do and see on a good budget with the ins and outs of singapore. Such a nice and welcoming woman and I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller :)

    needed a cheap stay for my long layover with Singapore Airlines. it's about an hour of commute via metro then walk for 10 mins so watch out for those people with luggages. there was a free complimentary breakfast which i really appreciated (bread w/ condiments)
    i stayed in the ladies room so everything was ok and clean. cant say any negative things.

    Host is amezing , She is also helpful , i need to drop my bags for late flight , she gave it to me free of charge untill night.

    Very calm environment
    Just if you are using MRT from Airport then when u drop in NE7 ferrer park station u have to walk a bit more around 1km to reach the hostel.
    Rest of the things i liked so much.

    Clean, well located, easy to find late at night - although caution, there are two Dream Parks so make sure you search for the right one on Google Maps if you don’t know the area. They aren’t too far apart from each other so if you end up at the other one, it’s only a ten minute walk away. Close to Little India which has a lot of very, very good food options

    The place was really clean and the receptionists were super helpful. I enjoyed my time there and would definitely go back. The location is great too, everything is easy to reach with public transport and there are lots of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants on the same street.

    It was perfect, highee quality than you would expect from a hostel. Clear rules, really helpful receptionist, clean rooms, big lockers where everything can fit.

    Loved the place! Location is great, just a 5min walk away from the mrt station that’s built into the mall. The space is cozy and the staff are really nice and welcoming! Will definitely rebook my next stay there

    Hostel was great. Has little cubby to lock your baggage, very clean and matches the description. Very walkable area too close to the metro station. Great stay would recommend if traveling to Singapore on a budget.

    Facilitator has no elevator.
    Bed allocations are done by the administrators and if you are given a bed you don’t like, you can only change at a fee of $15.
    Also, the room 4.1 is has a large window that is open to a busy road/a bus terminal, with no curtains. People at the bus stop can easily see inside the room, privacy not guaranteed.

    I had a great stay at Dream Lodge. The place is clean, quite, and the hosts were polite, friendly, and approachable. I would love to stay here next time. It is near the MRT and it is located near a lot of restaurants. Good place and worth every penny.

    If you are on a backpacking trip to Singapore, this is the place to stay. Super clean bunk beds and bathroom. Walkable from the nearest metro station (Farrer park). Perfect location with lots of eating places around including a 24 hour open “Lifemart” store. Value for money.

    Dream Lodge was always communicative, friendly and helpful with my accommodations. The location is easy to access to the nearest MRT in Singapore and very safe area for a good price to stay at. This is my second time staying there and I will return!

    close to MRT easily accessible by train from the airport. Great to have the basic breakfast. heaps of Bazaars nearby fo cheap food. Really clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. would stay again.

    Dream Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. It's a ten minute walk from the train station. The staff was very friendly and the check-in/checkout process was simple. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Singapore!

    I had a great stay at this hostel! The location is perfect — close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. The space is very clean and well-maintained, and the capsule beds are super comfortable and private. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. There’s a nice area downstairs where you can work or chill, and the free peanut butter & jelly sandwiches for breakfast were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

    Staff were friendly, pods, bathrooms and hostel rooms are clean.
    From my experience, it is not very social, but that all depends on the individuals that are staying.
    Cheaper hostel in Singapore. Good location.

    I didn't stay long, but I found some amazing food nearby. There was plenty of room in the capsules and the bedding was comfortable. So I would recommend it. Plus, it has a really friendly vibe to it. I would return here.

    I was here for three days and did not sleep well the entire time. They turned off the air conditioning in the mornings, and it was extremely hot. Even the fan was turned off after 4 p.m., so whenever you sleep, you sweat like crazy and wake up in the middle of your sleep. I complained to the front desk and asked them to change the bed cover or my room, but they refused, saying they couldn't change the place or the bed covers; they could only change it for guests staying for more than four days. I don't really understand why I have to stay with the filthy bed linens when I paid for all three days. It was extremely pathetic.

    This was my first time staying in a capsule style hotel. Was a bit nervous about how it would be but was great. Check-in was easy and reception staff explained everything. My pod was comfy and with the curtain drawn private. Lockers under the bed to keep things secure and all doors locked and easily opened with the wristband supplied so no worries about security. Everything was very clean. Great location, close to food, Mustafa Centre and MTR. Big of a bargain compared to usual Singapore hotels, yep some shared areas but not a big deal if you are on a budget, solo traveler or just want to experience something other than a hotel room.

    Great place to stay, a lot of other visitors though, and it was very loud. Not the fault of the host, but definitely impacted my stay. The host was also very quick to help me when I lost their key tag.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to do an early check-in because I was without sleeping.
    There were communication issues, thoug, they said that reception opens at 9am but I would still be able to get in earlier, leave my things and hang around in the lobby. But when I arrived at 7am the place was closed. Anyway, when the receptionist arrived she was very friendly and gave me a bed immediately, and that was very much appreciated.
    Overall it is a nice place for the value. Clean, fairly quiet. There's a fridge, a microwaves oven, kettle and basic kitchen utensils (no place to cook food, just to heat it up).
    Access to the rooms only by stairs.
    The only big problem I have to mention is that there's some long term tenants living there who are very aggressive and cocky to transient guests. There was an indian guy who was a jerk, very disrespectful and territorial, saying that the hostel was his place, pushing and moving the common table, making guests uncomfortable.

    It was my first time sleeping in a capsule and I found it much better than bunk beds!!! It reduces noise from other people and there is a bit of privacy. The place is located in a nice area near the Indio and Chin neighborhood, near a subway station. I always found it clean and I saw that they cleaned frequently and that is greatly appreciated, breakfast was good. Overall, I highly recommend the hostel. My stay was in February 2026
